We ship to selected countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, European countries, some Asian countries, and Gulf countries.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

4. Imported and Made-to-Order Products
Most of our products are imported and/or produced on demand.
This means that, in many cases, your product is prepared after your order is placed and then shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Because of this process, orders may take a few business days to be prepared before shipment.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Our general delivery estimates are:
- Main destinations: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe: usually 2 to 15 business days after shipment.
- Other countries: usually 10 to 25 business days after shipment.
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
6. Maximum Delivery Time
In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery window. However, international shipments may occasionally take longer due to customs, local carriers, holidays, high shipping demand, or logistics disruptions.

7. Tracking Information
After your order has been shipped, we will send tracking information by email.
In some cases, tracking information may also be sent through WhatsApp.
Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package is shipped. Tracking information depends on the carrier and the destination country.
8. Multiple Packages
In rare cases, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number, and each package may arrive on a different date.
9. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Local Fees
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities or local agencies in your country and are not controlled by ZUNO WEAR.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, and other local charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered or reimbursed by us.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, additional fees, or reshipment costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
11. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of a package for any reason, including customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges, the package may be returned to us by the carrier.
If the package is successfully returned to us, we may process a refund only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, import taxes, handling fees, or other related costs may be deducted from the refund amount, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If the package is refused, abandoned, destroyed, held by customs, or not returned to us, we may be unable to issue a refund.

The outcome of the investigation will depend on the carrier, destination country, tracking status, and delivery records.

13. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:
- Your mailbox or parcel locker
- Your front door, porch, reception, building entrance, or delivery area
- With neighbors, housemates, building staff, or reception
- With your local postal service or carrier

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
