Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy describes how returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacement requests are handled by ZUNO WEAR (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging, tags, and accessories, when applicable.

Return requests made after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us through the form available on our Contact page.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The reason for the return request
  • Photos or videos, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Please do not send any item back before your return request has been approved. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. No Size Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend checking the measurements before completing your purchase.

Since most of our products are imported and/or produced on demand, we are unable to offer size exchanges after the order has been placed and shipped.

4. Customized Products

Customized products are made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect or where we sent the wrong product.

Customized products include, but are not limited to, items with:

  • Custom name
  • Custom number
  • Player name or number customization
  • Any personalized text or special request added to the product

Please make sure all customization details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for mistakes entered by the customer during checkout.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us through the form available on our Contact page within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. You may choose:

  • The same product; or
  • Another product of the same price.

In cases where the issue was caused by our error, we will cover the return shipping cost, when a return is required.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.

  • If the return is due to our mistake, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.
  • If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs, import fees, customs duties, taxes, and related charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped and the cancellation request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please contact us as soon as possible through the form available on our Contact page if you need to request a cancellation.

8. Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled immediately.

If your order has already been shipped, you must first receive the product and then request a return, following the instructions in this policy. After the returned product is received and inspected by us, we may process the refund if the return is approved.

Alternatively, you may refuse delivery when the package arrives. If the package is successfully returned to us, we may process the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please note that refunds for shipped orders are only processed after the product has been returned to us and inspected.

9. Imported and Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are imported and/or produced on demand.

This means that, in many cases, your product is prepared after your order is placed and then shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Because of this process, we do not offer size exchanges and we may not be able to cancel orders that have already entered the shipping process.

10. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Local Fees

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities or local agencies in your country and are not controlled by ZUNO WEAR.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, and other local charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered or reimbursed by us.

Although these charges may be uncommon for many destinations, they may still apply depending on your country’s import rules.

11. Refund Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, payment provider, or financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

12. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of confirmed defect or our error:

  • Customized products
  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Items without original packaging or tags, when applicable
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, washing, handling, or improper care
  • Products returned without prior approval

13. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate order information, including:

  • Correct product selection
  • Correct size selection
  • Correct customization details
  • Correct shipping address
  • Correct contact information

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout.

14. Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local postal services, and other logistics factors outside our control.

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us through the form available on our Contact page so we can review the situation and assist you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, operations, or legal requirements.
